Our A La Carte coaching options include: 

1. One 60-minute video coaching session: $120
2. One 120-minute Intensive video coaching session: $210
3. One month of unlimited email support: $170
4. Two weekly reviews of food logs, blood sugar log and/or CGM data and detailed PDF recommendations via email: $70
